Kõri
Rare Spirits & Refined Tastes
Kõri is a contemporary Japanese whisky bar built around ritual, precision, and storytelling. The concept celebrates Japan’s mastery of whisky craftsmanship — from delicate Highballs to rare aged expressions — presented through structured tasting journeys and refined omakase-style bar experiences.
Rather than a loud speakeasy, this is a calm, textural, almost gallery-like space where whisky is treated as both craft and culture. The service ritual (ice carving, precise dilution, glass selection) becomes part of the theatre.
The concept integrates education, collectible bottles, and seasonal micro-menus that pair Japanese-inspired small plates with specific whisky profiles.
