Bruno Magro

Managing Director

After professional training in Lisbon, Bruno moved to Macau at a very young age. Afterwards he was working in a 5 star hotel in Beijing when he was invited to Shanghai to help develop the Portuguese pavilion in Expo 2010.


Gavin Hui

Creative Director

Gavin started his career in a well know restaurant in the heart of Hong Kong after his graduation in culinary arts. Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin his culinary skills make him a strong team member in any F&B development.

Pedro Martins

Operational Director

Pedro, an experienced bartender and event manager before graduating in food development from the University of Estoril, Took the leap and went half-way across the world to further develop his know-how.

Joao Calvario

R&D Director

Arriving to China 10 years ago, João has been developing is R&D, engineering and pastry & bakery skills ever since. Now as the R&D director of a factory in the South of China, João continues to innovate
